We are writing to ensure you RMS is committed to the health and safety of our employees, their families, our community, as well as all business partners. With the current Covid-19 outbreak across the world, we understand there is a lot of uncertainty while we all enter uncharted territory. We have taken the precautionary steps to protect our employees and our customers while trying to maintain the level of service RMS is known for and to minimize the disruption of day-to-day operations.

We have educated our employees on proper cleaning and distancing protocols per the CDC guidelines to help stop the spread of the virus and have stressed the importance of communication with regards to the onset of any possible symptoms. Further, our offices and production facility are in a lock-down which prohibits all non-essential visitors from entering our facilities. We have halted travel to highly affected areas and will assess any future site visits on a case-by-case basis while ensuring appropriate safety measures are implemented. RMS employees are available by email, phone or web conferencing to address inquiries, issues, and on-going projects.

Our manufacturing, fabrication, and shipping remains uninterrupted at this time and we are in regular contact with our suppliers. We are committed to serving our customers and partners during this trying time. Should any changes to these conditions arise, RMS will provide updates as the situation evolves.
