Client: Retired State Senator
Truban Culpeper, Virginia
Challenge
The area around the
barn was extremely wet from run off and cattle waste. Some of
the cattle were developing hoof rot. Also, there was no water
at the barn for watering.
Application
- Drain a 5,000-gallon storage system that harvested rain
water from the barn and carried the water to a
pasture-watering cooler. The system required no
electricity.
Benefits
- By collecting the water that was running off the barn,
the area around the barn started to dry
up.
